- Manage each project from contract to completion
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — this is a core part of the role
- Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21 with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Access to a cell phone
- Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
