What You'll Do
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect payments
- Manage each project from start to finish
- Average annual earnings of $70,000–$150,000 , with top performers earning $200,000
- A supportive work environment with a detailed training program for new Project Managers

- Some company-provided leads, plus strong back-end support to help you succeed
- Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided

- Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
