Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Evenings and Weekends as needed.

About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Office Administrative Assistant for our Kansas City headquarters. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our senior executive team and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. The work is varied and includes scheduling, calendar management, phones and email, data entry, document preparation, and vendor communication. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy being the person everyone counts on, we'd love to meet you.
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the senior executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and daily task lists for multiple executives.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and handle vendor communication.
- Prepare documents, reports, and business correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including filing, office supplies, and general office organization.
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
