The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for assisting on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and organizational structure, intercompany and form agreements, due diligence, document and legal inbox management, providing support on regulatory filings, and other matters as required. The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with in-house counsel and other departments.

The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for assisting on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and organizational structure, intercompany and form agreements, due diligence, document and legal inbox management, providing support on regulatory filings, and other matters as required. The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with in-house counsel and other departments.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of corporate governance matters, including entity formations, trade name filings, drafting minutes, consents, and intercompany agreements, and maintenance of corporate records
- Assist with audits, acquisitions and financing transactions, including compiling and reviewing diligence, maintaining closing checklists and calendars, and drafting or reviewing documents as requested
- Oversight of document management for the legal department, including coordinating signatures on approved agreements and ensuring fully executed copies are received
- Provide support as needed for submission of regulatory filings and compliance
- Manage general legal department emails and ensure requests are directed to appropriate parties
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, legal drafting, legal research, document filing and management.
- Manage and/or complete a wide variety of miscellaneous legal and executive administration projects as the department and business units otherwise require
- All other duties assigned by supervisor
- Full-time salaried position
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *In office position

- $55k - $60k salary, based on experience!
- Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal education required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a law firm, corporate, or in-house legal department. Background working on corporate matters preferred
- Must be highly organized, results oriented, and thrive on problem solving and working independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey necessary information accurately, process effectively, and ask questions where clarification is needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints while maintaining a professional demeanor and acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on numerous projects at once

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
