What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Shamrock Plastics Inc.?
Shamrock Plastics is a successful family owned business that’s been operating for more than 50 years. Our customers include both large corporations and small businesses. Overtime paid for over 40 hours per week and yearly bonuses are a part of year end evaluations. AI is used for initial candidate screening and matching.
Machine Operator Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up machines to start production
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (Heat, Time, etc.)
- Trimming parts on CNC machine
- Minor assembly of parts
- Running Production
Requirements:
- Prefer experience as a machine operator
- Understanding of production procedures
- Follows health and safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience
- Good Math Skills
- Work 1st 45 days thru temp service
- Has a Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Has problem solving abilities
