Job description:
The Catcher is responsible to gather printed sheets, add chipboard and stack on cart to specific customer instructions ready for shrink-wrap. The Shrink wrapper is responsible to double check customer instructions, shrink-wrap material and box per specific customer instructions.

Responsibilities
- Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and preventing mix-ups in boxing
- Operate auxiliary equipment such as shrink wrap machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific requirements
Experience
- Previous factory/manufacturing facility experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with assembly processes
- Mechanical knowledge or background in operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
