Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Technician specializing in Commercial Kitchen Ware Wash equipment. In this vital role, you will perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of warewashing systems used in commercial foodservice environments. Your mechanical expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure our clients’ equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. Duties
- Perform scheduled ware wash inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Train restaurant staff on proper equipment use, chemical handling, and daily maintenance procedures.
- Install new equipment, including calibration and settings adjustments per technical instructions.
- Diagnose and repair all Shamrock equipment with strong mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in commercial kitchen equipment or similar appliances.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently.
- Hands-on appliance repair experience including electrical work, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and general mechanical repairs.
- Delivery driver experience with familiarity operating a box truck or similar vehicle preferred.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and water/warewashing equipment is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in commercial washers, refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, automotive mechanics, or similar fields.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical and plumbing aptitude.
