What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant position at Shamrock Coin Laundry?
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with washers, dryers, and laundry services
- Process Wash & Fold (Drop-Off) laundry orders
- Fold, package, and label customer laundry
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Clean machines, folding tables, and customer areas
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Help ensure laundry orders are completed accurately and on time

- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to stay productive during slower periods
- Ability to lift and carry laundry bags up to 35 pounds
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
