Position Overview:

Position Overview:

Essential Job Functions:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome guests to the pool in a friendly and welcoming manner and ensuring the pool furniture is clean.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including food and beverage options, specials, and promotions, and be able to provide recommendations to guests as needed.
- Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serving: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Upselling: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Table & Pool Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside tables and pool areas in general. Including poolside games and side tables.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a courteous and attentive manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Billing and Payment: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle credit card transactions following established procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
