- Bar Moxy and food & beverage: Oversee the bar and grab-and-go operation so they’re social, profitable, and fully compliant.
- Financial performance: Own the P&L. Build and manage budgets, drive revenue, control costs, and hit financial targets.
- Revenue and sales: Partner on pricing, sales, and marketing strategy to grow market share and attract guests and locals.
- Guest satisfaction: Keep guest scores high, respond quickly to feedback, and resolve issues with style.
- Community and partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, artists, and partners to bring Richmond into the hotel.
- Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety procedures, and all federal, state, and local regulations, including alcohol service laws.
- Strategy: Work with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives, analyze performance, and find ways to keep getting better.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
