Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Set sales targets and goals for the sales team and monitor performance against objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other potential customers.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site tours to showcase hotel facilities, catering services, and food and beverage offerings.
Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts for group bookings, events, catering services, and dining reservations.
Revenue Generation:
Drive sales revenue by promoting hotel accommodations, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, catering services, and food and beverage outlets.
Maximize occupancy rates and average daily rates (ADR) through effective pricing strategies and revenue management techniques.
