Shamin Hotels is seeking an energetic, service-focused Skybar Supervisor to support operations at our vibrant Skybar venue at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This seasonal leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences in both daytime poolside and nightlife club settings.

The Skybar Supervisor assists with overseeing operations across both the pool bar and the nightclub, ensuring smooth service, strong team coordination, and adherence to Shamin Hotels service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising daily Skybar operations during both pool bar and nightclub hours.

• Lead and support bar staff, servers, and pool attendants to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Monitor guest experience and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, safety standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate service flow between bar, food service, and pool operations.

• Support staffing needs, assist with shift coverage, and maintain team accountability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic atmosphere consistent with the Skybar brand.

Schedule Requirements

• Seasonal hourly role

• Open availability required including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant supervision experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of alcohol service, bottle service, and food & beverage operations.

• Experience managing or directing bartenders, servers, and support staff.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
