What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a hands-on role in running the hotel—balancing people, performance, and guest experience every day.
- Lead and support daily hotel operations across departments
- Drive revenue, manage costs, and help hit (and exceed) financial goals
- Monitor performance and make smart, data-driven decisions
- Step in to resolve guest concerns and turn moments into memorable experiences
- Partner with the GM on short- and long-term planning
- Stay connected to local trends, events, and opportunities in the market
- Build relationships in the community and represent the hotel with pride
- Train, coach, and develop your team—helping them grow and succeed
- Ensure brand standards and company expectations are consistently met

- Hotel experience (1–2 years preferred) or related leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen—you’re comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Confidence working with data and making informed decisions
- A hands-on leadership style and comfort being highly visible
- Solid communication, organization, and computer skills
- Experience with brand systems (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG is a plus)
