Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Production of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents.
- Coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
- Coordinating with process and packaging equipment drawings.
- Preparing design criteria for bid packages for pricing by subcontractors.
- Performing submittal reviews, RFI responses and field visits
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science with a concentration in Architecture or related 4-year degree\
- 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture a plus.
- Architectural experience in food production a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Procore.
- Knowledge of Navisworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively be involved in multiple projects
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
