We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to assume the role of Program Director for our group home. The Program Director will be responsible for the overall management, development, and coordination of programs and services within the group home, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive programs and services that align with the mission and goals of the group home.
- Provide visionary leadership to the program staff, inspiring a commitment to excellence in care.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff, including house parents, direct care staff, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain high-quality standards for program delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
- Resident Support:
- Collaborate with direct care staff to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure that residents receive appropriate support, guidance, and resources for their well-being.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and relevant agencies.
- Advocate for the needs of residents and promote community awareness of the group home's mission.
- Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the program budget, allocating resources effectively to support program goals.
- Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for financial sustainability.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with occasional flexibility required to address program needs or emergencies. The Program Director may need to be available during evenings and weekends as necessary.
