What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Manager position at Shalom Japan?
Shalom Japan is looking for a dynamic, passionate, hospitality professional to help lead our front of house team. The desired candidate must have cocktail, beer, wine, and sake knowledge as well as a passion for providing great guest experiences. Knowledge of Jewish and Japanese food and culture is a real plus. Full time and part time candidates will be considered. We are a small, warm and inviting neighborhood and destination restaurant with a warmth and refined casual service. Job duties include making great guest connections, managing the floor and reservations on busy nights, training staff, and helping to manage the bar program and alcohol inventory. This is an opportunity to also grow into a larger management role for the right candidate. Attitude is more important than experience.
