Join Our Team as an Executive Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director at Shalom Gardens Senior Living/Parkside Senior Living to lead operations at our Assisted Living Facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy growth, and fostering a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care.
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance clinical quality, financial performance, staff development, and resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living Facility.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and licensing requirements for Assisted Living communities.
Oversee daily operations including resident care, staffing, budgeting, and facility management.
Lead and develop department managers and staff to maintain high performance and engagement.
Maintain strong occupancy levels and community reputation through relationship building and community outreach.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.
Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, safety, and quality of life.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, surveys, and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Administrator/ALF license required (per state regulations).
3–5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living.
Strong knowledge of state Assisted Living regulations and compliance standards.
Proven experience in staff leadership, operations management, and financial oversight.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
