What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Server/Prepper/Team Member position at Shallotte Smokehouse?
We are currently hiring for our daytime and evening shifts. For those interested in working our daytime shift, you need to be available from 8am-2pm. Our daytime crew does all of our daily prep. Applicants interested in the day shift ideally should enjoy cooking and preparing food. The morning shift prepares our sides, sauces, and rubs from 8am to 11am. They then serve customers from 11am-2pm.
Applicants interested in working evenings, need to be available from 2pm or 4pm-9pm. Serving our customers in different stations, like operating our point of sale system, answering the phone, serving sides, drive thru, or operating our to go station will be some of the responsibilities. We are a fast paced counter service restaurant. Very family friendly, competitive pay, flexible scheduling. Close daily at 8pm.
