Key Responsibilities
- Interpret SCCL regulatory rules (Basel III LEF, RBI/FRB/EBA SCCL guidelines) and convert them into business and data requirements.
- Facilitate the design of SCCL limit-monitoring systems, exposure aggregation engines, and reporting dashboards.
- Gather requirements from Credit Risk, Market Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
- Define exposure calculation logic (SA-CCR, CEM, SFT exposure, off-balance-sheet treatment).
- Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- 5–10 years as Business Analyst in Banking or Risk IT.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, counterparty exposure, Basel III, SA-CCR.
- Experience writing requirements for risk engines or regulatory reporting platforms.
