Social Studies Teacher, LTS (1.0 FTE) at Shakopee High School. This assignment will begin approximately October 29, 2026, and go through approximately March 4, 2027.

Job Summary

Courses to be taught: Seminar 9 and Human Geography.

Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications

• Valid MN teaching license in Social Studies, History, History-Humanities or American Studies
• Strong classroom management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff

Daily rate ranges from $289.00 to $403.76 depending on education level.
