Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoys helping customers while identifying opportunities to grow our business. This position is responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls, scheduling appointments, signing up new customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Convert inbound inquiries into new customers by confidently presenting our services.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage technicians' routes.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Process new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude on every call.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous sales experience required; inside sales or customer service sales experience preferred.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and close sales over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
