Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with care
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate timely delivery of orders during large events or banquets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and allergy awareness
- Support catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after service
- Engage with guests proactively to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling safety standards, and dietary accommodations
- Experience working in hospitality environments such as restaurants or catering services
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous
