Facilities Manager will be responsible for an assigned region to oversee existing Shacks and respective vendors. FM will assist in setting up vendors and contractors during new Shack openings. Varying schedule according to needs of business and/or requirements of the role. Expect long working hours and a changing schedule. During openings and emergencies, long days and late nights. This includes during the required travel. Must be reachable 24/7 for emergencies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Setting up vendor maintenance contracts and work with Legal and Risk Management teams
- Manage all aspects of Service Channel platform
- Integrate with Operations teams / train and advise on Service Channel Platform Channel communication from Ops teams to appropriate teams
- Assist with escalated invoices & aged work orders
- Manage new store set up for Service Channel, Partstown, Warranty Manage asset system / Bartender software labeling Assist Facilities Managers with onboarding new vendors
- Assist with analytics reporting Update Shakesource content
- Related knowledge of Repair Tech (Mechanical and Kitchen Equipment).
- Restaurant industry background or related experience
- 1-2 years related experience in Construction.
- Proficiency in Word / Excel / Adobe
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with all departments
- Engineering, Project Management, or Related Field
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- Precise hand/eye coordination
- Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
- Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.
- Climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions
