Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests in our vibrant setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in a nightclub or catering environment.
- Proficient in retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with knowledge of mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with patrons.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings.
