Our newest location in Thousand Oaks, CA, is looking for a Front End Crew Member to join who is looking for Full-Time or Part-Time employment.
Position Summary:
As a Front End Crew Member, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience at this location, ensuring that guests are properly treated and have everything they need for a fantastic meal. You will work the front end service counter, helping guests customize their ideal meal options, starting with a base, protein, vegetables, sauces, etc..
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter our space, helping to create and maintain a positive and energetic working environment
- Assist customers with customizing their perfect meal options or creating pre-customized options from our video board
- Provide proper portioning of products into guest meals using correct measurements and tools
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of our front end service counter
- Clean, sterilize, and tidy-up guest and staff areas, to ensure environment is presentable at all times
- Adapt to restaurant staffing demands, switching between front end duties and light kitchen prep (vegetables, sauces, cleaning dishes)
- Aid management with inventory restocks and correct inventory counts
- Prepare/Package large meal batches for catering events
- Operate POS machines and perform cash handling duties
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant service experience (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Ability to communicate under pressure (Required)
- Highly adaptable (Required)
- Attention to Detail (Required)
Compensation and Schedule:
- $20.00 - $23.50 Per Hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time or Part-Time depending on applicant availability
