SHAH Development, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Building Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial building practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Perform cost analysis and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Order, track, and manage construction materials and equipment to maintain project flow.
- Oversee daily project operations and ensure work complies with commercial building standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Communicate project updates, progress reports, and potential risks to company leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Resolve project challenges related to scheduling, logistics, materials, or subcontractor performance.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial building construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management or scheduling software is preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience
