Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our marina construction and restoration team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including dock building, boat slip repairs, marina infrastructure, and water damage restoration. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on labor skills.
Duties
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, and general woodworking tasks using hand tools and power tools to build or repair marina structures such as docks, piers, and boat slip
- Support heavy lifting activities and perform demolition or removal of existing structures safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields within the construction
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
