About the Role
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, full-service environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate and mentor a large team, and a hands-on approach to leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold all compliance and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
