Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from seating to final farewells
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash transactions, process payments accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining spaces, bar, kitchen stations, and service stations
• Assist with food preparation, food handling, and bussing tables to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and sales processing
• Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage service techniques
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports
• Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings including nightclubs or busy restaurants
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards
