Job Summary
Sharon Law Group, a well-estalished litigation firm in Hackensack, New Jersey is seeking an Associate Attorney to build a long-term career with our team. We are highly skilled litigators with expertise in complex construction, general liability, business law, insurance coverage, appellate practice and related business conflicts. Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions and legal briefs
- Conduct depositions, manage discovery, develop strategies
- Perform legal research, analysis and writing
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients across a range of practice areas.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years or 4 years of litigation experience
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar required. New York Bar admission a plus
- Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation caseloads from start to finish is a plus
