Landscaping tasks including planting flowers, plant removal; gardening; mulch installation; some grass mowing. Being a successful landscaper in this role looks like having an eye for detail, dependability, self-motivated, able to finish a job in a timely manner. In late fall and winter season, our sister company, Griswold Illumination, installs Christmas lights. This position is full-time and year-around.
Pays: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and dependability
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
- Job Location: Grand Ole Opry
Experience:
- Landscape Installation/Maintenance: 1 year Prefered

Responsibilities
- Perform various landscaping tasks including planting flowers, shrubs; plant removal; gardening; mulch installation; some grass mowing, trash pick up, watering, other duties as required.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and some heavy machinery.
- Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of outdoor spaces.
- Christmas light instillation and take down during late fall and winter months.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in the landscaping field is preferred
- Proficiency in completing tasks in a timely manner, keeping on task, showing responsibility, and being dependable (show up!)
- Knowledge of plant type/recognition or a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 75 pounds, dig, squat, and perform manual labor tasks.
- Groundskeeping skills to maintain outdoor spaces.
