About the Role
At Shadrick Kralik MD PA, we are building a highly efficient, patient-centered medical group that spans primary care, internal medicine, and post-acute care settings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Revenue Cycle / Administrative Project Manager who can take ownership of key back-office functions while helping us streamline and scale our operations.
This is not a traditional billing role. It is an opportunity for someone who understands revenue cycle management but also enjoys improving systems, supporting leadership, and driving operational excellence across a dynamic healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as a central player in both revenue cycle performance and administrative execution, with responsibilities that include:
- Overseeing day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, AR follow-up, and denial resolution
- Acting as a point person for Medicare and managed care billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying gaps in workflows and implementing process improvements across billing and administrative operations
- Managing and executing internal projects related to operational efficiency, billing optimization, and workflow standardization
- Supporting strategic planning initiatives, including identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and service expansion
- Assisting leadership with business development efforts, including evaluating new service lines, partnerships, and care settings
- Supporting provider credentialing, onboarding, and compliance tracking
- Assisting leadership with operational reporting, analytics, and cross-setting coordination (including SNFs)
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity within the EMR/EHR systems
- Collaborating closely with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure seamless operations
Who You Are
You are someone who goes beyond task completion—you think in systems, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Background in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of Medicare billing, claims processing, and denial management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- A proactive problem-solver who looks for ways to improve efficiency
- Strong communicator who can work across both clinical and administrative teams
Technical Skills & Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and communication
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding, MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System), and general medical diagnosis concepts
- Experience working within EMR/EHR and medical billing platforms
- Familiarity with systems such as Cerner, AdvancedMD, and PointClickCare is strongly preferred
- Comfort learning new systems and optimizing workflows through technology
Reporting Structure
- This position reports directly to the Executive Project Manager and works closely with clinical and administrative leadership
