Join our fine dining team and Winery as a Professional Server, delivering exceptional service in an elegant restaurant/Winery setting. You will collaborate with a medium-sized team of 4-6 servers to ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience through attentive and knowledgeable service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and wine selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining personalized attention.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
