Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets, ensuring all records are current and organized
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for reservations
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with organizational standards
- Provide support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, delivering clear and friendly communication
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and general administrative support
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring high-quality correspondence and reports
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software for efficient office operations
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience providing customer service over the phone
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, proofreading, and calendar management is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and also in a team environment as you will be working side by side with current staff
- Strong interpersonal skills for client communication, customer support, and team collaboration
