Assistant Director Hours:
- Elementary — 1:00 PM–6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Preschool — 11:30 AM–6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging activities and group games
- Encourage learning through creative projects and play-based experiences
- Assist with snack distribution and smooth transitions between activities
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-supervised environment
- Prepare activity spaces and handle end-of-day cleanup
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Previous experience working with children
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dependability
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- A bachelor’s degree
- Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
