Shademaster Landscape Design Build is a locally owned and operated design-build firm creating high-end, custom outdoor living spaces across Cache, Rich, and Box Elder Counties. Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our landscape construction crew. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a professional landscape company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of landscape installation including grading, planting, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape construction.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow direction from crew leads and project managers to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload materials, maintain a clean job site, and ensure equipment is properly cared for.
- Work cooperatively with team members to deliver top-quality finished projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape or construction preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Cache Valley and surrounding areas.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation, pavers, concrete, or equipment operation is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional Fridays during peak season).
- Seasonal or full-time positions available depending on performance and company needs.
