Client & Operations Coordinator

Shadebloom Cleaning Company

Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour

Job Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours/week)

Location: Hybrid (Primarily work from home with occasional local meetings and visits to job sites around Clayton/Raleigh, NC.)

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys organizing, solving problems, communicating with people, and helping a small business succeed.

What You'll Do:

Client Communication

  • Respond to Facebook messages
  • Respond to website inquiries
  • Schedule walkthrough appointments
  • Follow up on estimates
  • Request client reviews
  • Send referral reminders
  • Ensure appointment confirmations have been sent through ZenMaid

Scheduling & Operations

  • Enter new clients into ZenMaid
  • Update client notes
  • Review recurring schedules
  • Watch for scheduling conflicts
  • Verify payments have been received
  • Send payment reminders when needed
  • Review the following day's schedule and report any concerns

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create engaging social media posts using photos and videos submitted by our cleaning teams
  • Draft Facebook content
  • Help collect reviews and testimonials
  • Track where new clients hear about Shadebloom
  • Occasionally visit job sites (approximately once per month) to capture photos, videos, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content

Organization

  • Maintain lead tracking spreadsheets
  • Prepare simple weekly operations reports
  • Help organize business systems as we continue to grow

Customer service, administrative, scheduling, social media, or marketing experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person.
