We are looking for a Dynamic Field Sales Partner (1099 Specialist) Sales/Marketing experience preferred. This is a performance-driven, 1099 contract role designed for an extroverted sales and marketing focused person, looking to have fun and help grow our business.
The Hustle (Your Day-to-Day)
As our Outside Sales & Marketing Specialist, you are the face of Shack Shine in the community. You aren't sitting behind a desk; you’re out in the field, owning your territory, and closing deals.
- Direct Prospecting: Dominate high-value neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach, local networking, and community events.
- On-Site Consultations: Perform exterior property inspections to identify needs and provide professional, "one-call-close" recommendations.
- Territory Strategy: Map out daily routes to maximize face-to-face homeowner contact and lead generation.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, distributing marketing materials and executing local campaigns that get neighbors and other local businesses talking. Relationship Management: Manage your own pipeline and follow up on quotes via CRM to ensure no lead goes cold.
The Payoff (Compensation)
This is a high-upside contract position where your income is directly tied to your hustle. Top performers in this industry average $45–$60 per hour through commissions. Competitive Structure: $15-$17 Base Commission
- Performance Bonuses: Extra payouts for hitting weekly volume targets (e.g., closing 10 jobs/week).
