Job description:
We are looking for a Busser/Runner to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting tables, aid wait staff in bringing out food & drinks to table, adhering to sanitation and safety policies, clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.
Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dining space for patrons by cleaning and setting tables.
- Refill server stations including: condiments, utensils, napkins, and service plates.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing salad stations, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
- Work with front of house and back of house staff to go through daily cleaning checklist. Tasks may include: cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or mopping floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Requirements:
- Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible, trustworthy and shows accountability.
- Ability to support and participate in a team-oriented environment.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
