Software Tester

Introduction

The Software Tester will be responsible for leading EMV certification activities for mobile checkout payment devices. They will manage certification efforts with payment authorizers, execute and validate test cases using Collis tools, collaborate with internal teams for device setup and troubleshooting, support test environments, and ensure certification requirements are successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Execute EMV certification for multiple payment devices and payment authorizers.
• Run, validate, and re-test certification test cases until successful certification is achieved.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide testing support.
• Maintain detailed test logs, certification artifacts, and supporting documentation.
• Support payment device setup, certification execution, and issue resolution activities.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with EMV certification and payment device testing is required. Experience with retail POS systems and payment transaction testing is also necessary. Familiarity with Ingenico payment devices and proficiency with Collis certification/testing tools are preferred. Experience testing credit card and payment transactions in a retail POS environment is a must. Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Retail POS experience is preferred.
