Consultant (o9 Supply Chain Management)
Location: Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA
- Employment Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description:
- Understand customer requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting them.
- Work across multiple layers of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into solution design and configuration.
- Execute unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT and training activities.
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are captured.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with o9 Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS) and Supply Planning.
- 5 years of experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Consumer Technology, or Retail.
- Strong requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Replenishment Planning Functional Knowledge.
- Database knowledge: SQL, NoSQL, Indexing, CRUD operations, Python on HADOOP.
- Python HADOOP HIVE integration skills.
