Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai Islands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Construction Manager will be pivotal in ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, company standards, and international safety and quality guidelines.
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, budgets, and documentation for internal management and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all site operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
