Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a strong work ethic, contributing to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Support food presentation and plating for various dining settings, including banquets and catering events
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes during service hours
• Help with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety
• Support cooking activities under supervision, including basic meal preparation and garnishing
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Assist in catering setups and breakdowns for events or large functions

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards
• Experience with banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and proper hygiene practices
• Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting while maintaining attention to detail
