The Luxury Resort Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and executing Daylife programming and guest experience strategies at Hotel Hanalei Bay. This position helps create a cohesive and engaging guest experience while aligning with the hotel's goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Program Implementation & Guest Experience: Assist in organizing and executing Daylife activities across the hotel, ensuring everything aligns to create a seamless guest experience.
- Coordination with Departments & Vendors: Work closely with the restaurant, spa, Front Desk, and other partners to ensure smooth program execution.
- Purchasing Supplies: Order necessary supplies for the Daylife office and programming events.
