Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Home Care (Per Diem / Part-Time)
Location: Westchester County (Occasional NY Metro travel)
Schedule: Friday 12 hour day shifts, 1–2 12-hour Saturday shifts/month & fill in shifts(advance scheduling)
Reports To: Family Employer & Office Manager
About the Role
Provide skilled 1:1 home care for an ambulatory, verbal adult male with complex respiratory and neurological needs. Act as the sole on-site clinician while supporting daily community outings and recreation.
Key Responsibilities
Tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and airway support
G-tube enteral nutrition, medication administration, and seizure management
Ambulation support (Mod-Max Assist) and local travel/community accompaniment
Meticulous documentation and care coordination
Strong autonomous judgment and commitment to scheduled shifts
