Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabrication Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components through various fabrication processes. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable, reliable products that meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of fabrication equipment and other small part machinery.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings with specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Perform welding using various techniques to join metal components securely while maintaining structural integrity.
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement of fabricated parts.
- Operate forklifts safely to move heavy materials or finished products within the workspace.
- Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Requirements(all preferred NOT required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings.
- Skilled in welding techniques along with knowledge of tooling and sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with forklift operation or other material handling equipment is preferred.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in fabrication work.
