Position: Manufacturing Machine Operator
Location: Florence, KY
The shift is 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 2/2/3 rotation. Get a 3-day weekend every other week!
This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.
The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

- Week 1: off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday.

- Able to work a 2/2/3 12-hour shift.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the job
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
- Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/Walking up to 8 hours
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
