Job Summary:
- The Customer Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two-way radio communication devices within a depot environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bill, orders, package, and ship communication devices for repair services
- Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements
- Collaborate with FTC teams, service groups, and customers professionally
- Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Support customer satisfaction through timely processing and quality execution
- Adapt to workload changes and support overtime needs when required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with billing, packaging, and shipping processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable working in fast paced, time sensitive environments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
