Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect with strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing virtual desktop and application delivery systems while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Operating System deployment
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud computing technologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software packaging and release management
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze Citrix utilization reports using dashboard exports
- Integrate Citrix reporting with enterprise analytics and reporting systems
- Administer and maintain Virtual Desktop & Application Delivery environments
- Perform patching, optimization, and regression testing
- Assess VDI environments to identify gaps in:
- Performance
- Security
- Configuration
- Efficiency
- Provide detailed analysis including:
- Issue descriptions
- Business/technical impact
- Corrective actions and remediation plans
- Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Citrix platform management
- Provide technical support to internal VDI users
- Evaluate alternative virtualization technologies for compatibility and performance
- Maintain proper documentation of all system changes, updates, and implementations

- Experience with VDI optimization and performance tuning
