Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and maintain a large-scale enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, availability, and performance of network systems across data center and remote site environments. This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, wireless technologies, and network troubleshooting while working in a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will install, configure, monitor, and support networking hardware and software, troubleshoot connectivity issues, implement secure remote access solutions, and assist with infrastructure upgrades and change management activities.

Required Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Install, support, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Manage Cisco, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, and Fortinet networking technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
• Support enterprise routing and switching protocols including:
• TCP/IP
• EIGRP
• OSPF
• STP
• VLANs
• Monitor network performance using enterprise monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Support VPN, IPSec, and SD-WAN connectivity solutions.
• Troubleshoot fiber, carrier Ethernet, and remote site connectivity issues.
• Validate hardware and software upgrades, patches, and new deployments.
• Maintain network documentation and configuration records.
• Develop scripts or automation tools to improve network monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in structured change management processes using ITIL best practices and ServiceNow.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve network issues and improve infrastructure performance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
